Genmaicha (玄米茶, "brown rice tea"), is a widely popular style of Green Tea, known for its popped rice. It is also known as the People's Tea.
An Organic Japanese style green tea. This variety is a perfect combination of steamed sencha with roasted rice. Light, nutty flavours, an excellent palate cleanser, and pairs well with a meal or on its own.

Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 250 mL
• Temp. 80-90 C/176-192 F
Steep Time: 1–2 minutes
Re-steep: 2–3 times, adding about 15–30 seconds with each infusion
