Shipping Times: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Methods and delivery Time:
- We offer standard shipping through Canada Post for domestic and USA orders. If we are able to secure faster shipping times through UPS we may change shipment to UPS.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, while USA orders may take 7-14 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
*We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 for domestic orders within Canada.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website or through the carrier's website.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Lost or damaged Shipments:
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at community@chaibabatea.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible
