Low - Medium Caffeine/High Antioxidant level
Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea to one 250ml/cup of boiled water at 75–80°C (167–176°F).
Let steep for 1½-2 minutes before removing the tea.
Re-steep: 2–3 times, adding about 30 - 45 seconds with each infusion
