Organic Gyokuro "Jewel Dew" shade grown green tea. Light in colour, with little pungency. This is a delicious green tea, with seaweed character, depth and body, and a pleasant lingering finish.

Organic Green Tea

Grown in Japan - Kagoshima Prefecture

Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea to one 250ml/cup of boiled water at 75–80°C (167–176°F).

Let steep for 2-2½ minutes before removing the tea. 

Re-steep: 2–3 times, adding about 30–45 seconds with each infusion
