BLACK TEA

Medium Caffeine / Rich in naturally occurring antioxidants

Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea to one 250ml/cup of boiling water (212°F/100 C).

Let steep for 2-3 minutes before removing the tea. For a second cup, re-steep the tea for 3-5 minutes.
