Crafted from our organic Assam TGFOP and organic Sencha, this balanced blend is the perfect tea base for brewing kombucha at home. It also makes a wonderful black and green tea blend to enjoy on its own. (SCOBY not included!)

• Temp. 80-90 C/176-192 F

Steep Time: 2 - 2 ½ minutes

Re-steep: 2–3 times, adding about 30 - 45 seconds with each infusion
