Ingredients: Organic Lemongrass, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Ginger, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Orange Peel

Herbal Tisane (caffeien free)

Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea to one 250ml/cup of hot water (192-212°F / 90-100 C).

Let steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea. For a second cup, re-steep the tea for 5+ minutes.
